Read the highlights of the media coverage of the US Index 2022

Following the White House Conference on Hunger, Nutrition and Health, ATNI launched the US Index 2022, assessing the 11 largest food and beverage manufacturers in the US on their efforts to support nutrition.

With nutrition and healthy diets on the national agenda, the Index findings – that companies had not made their products healthier since 2018 and were not doing enough to safeguard children from harmful marketing of unhealthy foods – were timely and concerning to media outlets.
