2023 saw the launch of a new 5 year strategy and updated theory of change. ATNi will continue to publish its flagship Indexes while doubling down on its efforts to engage investors, policy makers and other levers of positive change to speed up progress towards sustained market transformation.

ATNi’s theory of change is founded on three pillars. Our indexes and deep dive research (Pillar 1) underpin all we do, as we continue to generate the data needed to benchmark progress. Strategic alliances and partnerships (Pillar 2) add muscle and urgency to our case for change. New services and tools (Pillar 3) focus on shining a light on best practice and identifying innovations.

Pillar 2: Alliances

We are creating partnerships and alliances across the sector and the globe to add muscle and urgency to our case for change. We support our partners with data and counsel to aid ongoing activity in their specialist area and region. Our partners include the investors, policy makers,  other NGOs and media.

Pillar 1: Tools & Indexes

ATNi is respected throughout the nutrition and research world for its robust methodologies and its deep dive research. Our Tools & Indexes – from the Global Index to the US and India Spotlight Indexes, play a pivotal role in holding food companies to account. ATNi believes good decision-making needs good data and we strive to continue to be best in class, measuring and transforming markets.

Pillar 3: Innovation & thought leadership

ATNi is determined to expand the reach of our evidence base to the right people and inform progressive decision making. We are developing new services and tools to shine light on best practice and identify innovations that remove access barriers. We want to share and shout about the good we find.
